Disconnect QuickBooks
Stop Databookly's access to a QuickBooks company.
Workspace Managers and organization Owners and Admins can disconnect.
At the bottom of the sidebar, next to Connected to QuickBooks, click Disconnect.
Databookly revokes its access with Intuit right away. The workspace shows Connect to QuickBooks again.
What happens to your data
- QuickBooks isn't changed. Everything you sent to QuickBooks stays there.
- Your Databookly work stays in the workspace: imported bank lines, evidence files and your team. Connect the same company again to pick up where you left off.
- The disconnect is recorded in the workspace's audit log, with who did it and when.
Disconnecting from QuickBooks instead
You can also remove Databookly from inside QuickBooks Online, in its list of connected apps. Databookly notices on its next request and asks a Manager to connect again.
